Balance your energy with Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese Universal Energy Healing System founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th Century.
The Japanese word “Reiki” means “Universal Energy”. As all matter comprises of atoms emitting energy and light, Reiki treatments work with the body to promote relaxation, healing and a realignment of its natural energy flow. The energy is known as ‘Ki’ in Japan, ‘Chi’ in China and ‘Prana’ in India.
Anyone can benefit from the Reiki healing process. Whilst Reiki should not be regarded as a cure for conditions, it is a natural form of healing and complementary therapy that can work well alongside other forms of treatment.
The method of receiving a treatment is simple. The recipient remains clothed lying down on a treatment table whilst the practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively, on or near to the body. There is no massage or manipulation and the whole body receives treatment – Reiki energy passes to exactly where it is needed.
In person treatments are offered in a healing home space in Islington, North London, alternatively Reiki can be given remotely and at a time convenient for the recipient.

KAREN, LONDON
My first session (hands off) was very relaxed but experienced very hot sensations, in fact I was about to speak and ask for the lamp to be turned off that was shining on my arm. At the end of the session I was curious to know where the lamp was - there was no lamp in the room just Alex’s hands removing the toxins from my injured shoulder - now with out pain Amazing!

I was awaiting surgery for a broken wrist but due to other complications could not have strong painkillers. Alexander was able to do a distant reiki session (over 200 miles - how on earth would this work?). My pain level went from 8/9 to almost zero during the session - what a relief after waiting over a week for surgery I could do with a constant Reiki drip in my arm.
What a talent! Thank you Alexander most sincerely
